Hi! I am so excited that you are interested in our Magnet

Program here at Southeast! Before you officially apply, I will

go over the steps you need to follow.


First, you will need Documents for your application:

  • 2 proofs of Residency. (Water, Lease/Mortgage, Gas, or Electric)

  • Previous 4 semesters of grades with a 2.5 GPA. (2 report cards)

  • Most Recent Test scores (LEAP or Equivalent) Needs Basic or above in ELA/MATH.

  • Parent Signature page from application.

Apply at

  • Create an account or login to a previous created account.

  • Fill out basic informational questions.

  • In the document section, you can upload the documents from above list, or you can select "Hand Deliver". (If you select "Hand Deliver" you can bring them to Southeast or email them to

Submit Application

  • I will review application to mark "Eligible", "Ineligible", etc.

  • Once marked "Eligible", I will contact you about registration.


  • If you are zoned for Southeast, you will not need to fill out ALL paperwork.

  • If you are a current EBR student, but not zoned for Southeast, you MAY need to "DROP" from zoned school, bring drop packet to Southeast to be entered into the system.

  • If you are not a current EBR student, you will need to "DROP" from previous school, bring drop packet to Southeast to be entered into the system AND fill out ALL documentation for registration.

    • You will also need to provide extra documentation such as: Parent Drivers License, Student Birth Certificate, Student SS Card, and Student Shot Record.

After Registration:

  • Once you are placed in the system for Southeast, you will receive a "Weekly Memo" from the principal with updated information. (If you do not receive the Weekly Memo, please provide a working email and phone number.)
